How does your pricing work?

We don't publish a fixed rate card because every practice is different. Pricing scales with your active job slots and volume — 2 roles is priced differently than 4. We scope this together on a 20-minute discovery call with no obligation.

Are there per-hire success fees?

Our models offer $0 per-hire success fee options. You can make as many hires as needed during your engagement without triggering additional fees — the opposite of how traditional agencies work.

Do you only recruit PAs, or other providers too?

We specialize in PAs and NPs across all tiers. Our Apex retained search also covers physicians, surgeons, and clinical leadership roles. Surgical techs and OR support staff are within scope as well.

What geographic areas do you cover?

Our primary focus is the Tri-State region — New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We have deep local networks national firms can't replicate. Some Apex searches extend regionally.
